自然堆積密度計(jì)依據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 16913.3-1997 GB/T16913-2008的規(guī)定設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)。本裝置適用于粉塵堆積密度的測定。試樣的采集請參考GB/T 16913.1-1997 粉塵物理實(shí)驗(yàn)方法第1部分：試樣粉塵的采集中的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
原理
粉塵從漏斗口在一定高度自由落下充滿量筒；測定松裝狀態(tài)下量筒內(nèi)單位體積粉塵的質(zhì)量，即粉塵堆積密度。
儀器結(jié)構(gòu)
1、漏斗(流出口直徑12.7 )
漏斗不銹鋼材料制成，其中漏斗錐度為60°±0.5°。
2、測量架
不銹鋼材質(zhì)，用于在粉塵裝入漏斗時(shí)防止粉塵下落。
3、天平（客戶自備）
最大稱量300g；精度0.01g。
4、量筒
本裝置配備一只容積為100ml的不銹鋼量筒，量筒內(nèi)徑為Φ39mm。
5、刮板
不銹鋼材質(zhì)，用于在粉塵裝入漏斗時(shí)去除多余的粉塵。
